At Housemodu, we are committed to delivering high-quality wood-structured ADUs with care and reliability. Our dropshipping program is designed for partners who share our values of craftsmanship, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

What is included in our Dropship Program:

• Access to our full range of premium wood-structured ADU models (studio, one-bedroom, and two-story units)
• Professionally photographed product images, detailed specifications, and 3D renderings for your website
• Accurate product descriptions and technical data sheets
• Real-time inventory updates and availability notifications
• Dedicated dropship support team for order processing and coordination

Key Terms and Conditions:

• All Housemodu ADUs are made-to-order with responsibly sourced timber and precision craftsmanship. Standard production lead time is 8–12 weeks from order confirmation.
• Dropship partners are responsible for customer-facing pricing, shipping quotes to end customers, and final delivery coordination.
• We handle manufacturing, quality control, and shipping from our facility directly to your customer’s address.
• Customers will receive tracking information once the unit is shipped. Delivery times may vary based on location and customizations.
• All products maintain Housemodu’s strict quality standards; any customization requests must be approved in advance.

Quality Assurance: Every ADU undergoes rigorous inspection before shipment. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a comprehensive warranty covering structural integrity, materials, and workmanship.

Returns and Refunds: Due to the custom-made nature of our wood-structured ADUs, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, subject to inspection and approval.

Partnership Requirements:

• Partners must maintain professional standards and accurately represent Housemodu products.
• Unauthorized modifications to product images or descriptions are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to review and approve all marketing materials featuring Housemodu ADUs.
