1. 30-Day Trial Program (Select Models)

• Applicability: This program applies exclusively to our standard 7m² and 12m² wooden ADU models.

• The Policy: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to test your unit. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you may initiate a return request.

• Refunds: Eligible returns will receive a refund of the product price, minus the restocking fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Large-Scale Units: All models exceeding 12m² are excluded from the trial program and are considered Final Sale.

• Customized Orders: Any order involving structural modifications, specific window placements, or custom finishes is non-returnable once production has commenced.

3. Return Eligibility Requirements

• Original Condition: The ADU must be in "as-delivered" condition. No painting, drilling, or structural alterations by the customer are permitted.

• No Utility Connections: Units that have been anchored to a foundation or connected to local plumbing/electrical grids are not eligible for return.

4. Responsibility for Fees

• Logistics Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping arrangements and expenses (including crane and flatbed trailer services).

• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund to cover structural inspection, refurbishing, and repackaging.

5. Return Procedure

1. Request: Submit a return request via email within 30 days of delivery.

2. Verification: High-resolution photos/videos of the unit must be provided for pre-approval by our engineering team.

3. Pickup: Upon approval, the customer must ensure the site is accessible for specialized freight carriers and crane operations.
